Nerea Aginagalde

FLOW OGA TEACHER AND SCHOOL MANAGEMENT

After years living abroad, the pandemic brought me back to Bilbao. It was the same pandemic that gave wings to my passion for acrobatic yoga and I started to combine my office work with different yoga modalities: aerial, inverted and vinyasa.

I have always understood sport as an escape, but it wasn’t until I started my master’s degree that my low state of mind (the demands of my studies, the bad Dutch weather and the physical and emotional distance from home, among others) pushed me to explore other forms of movement much more conscious and I understood that sport is even more than an escape: it is a cure and a healer.

Since then I have continued training in aerial yoga, aerial acrobatics, verticals, acroyoga… anything that involves flying 😉.

Cesar López

CONTEMPORARY DANCE TEACHER

The classes will focus on developing dynamics derived from contemporary dance, such as contact dance or floor work, through exploration and improvisation. We will seek a physical state to deepen and develop our dance, without conceptualizing it in a specific paradigm. However, this is not a class where technique is essential or where a fast or acrobatic body is required. I believe in inclusive dance, and therefore any technical level or body accessibility is welcome.
